Refund Policy
RETURNS:
Returns must reach our warehouse at the address below, within 14 days of delivery to yourself. Returns must be unworn & unwashed, in original packaging with all original labels attached.
For all exchanges please fill in the return form received with your order or contact our customer service team - info@dialup.store
If you have an issue with your item you must inform customer service within 48 hours of order received.
We do not accept returns for multiple identical items in the same size, you may only return 1 unit per size per product. We do not accept returns for any discounted items or orders placed during sale promotions.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
